Founded as a not-for-profit, educational foundation in 1984, the CLSA Foundation serves as the fund-raising arm for educational programs for the Contact Lens Society of America. It develops and provides contact lens educational programs and provides financial assistance to CLSA Members. The Mission of the CLSA Foundation is dedicated to providing quality education for contact lens specialists practicing in ophthalmology, optometry and opticianry. This special fund makes continuing education possible for all CLSA members who wish to advance their educational growth in contact lens fitting through scholarships and educational support. It also supports the Keith Harrison Memorial Lecture given at CLSA's Annual Education Meeting.
