"Being a member for many years, I not only think of the excellent education, and knowledge of contacts that I have received from the CLSA, but the many friendships I have made over the years. I was made aware of this great organization through the Minnesota Contact Lens Society, and attended the meeting back in the 80's (standing on the sidelines, quiet, little to say) In 1994, I attended the CLSA meeting as the MCLS representative and came out of my shell (well sort of ). Thank you to all who welcomed, men- tored, encouraged, and educated me. I look at the list of past recipients and am honored to be among so many friends." ~ Terri Klein, FCLSA 2015 Wendy Ford 2014 John Parrelli 2013 Ledonna Buckner 2012 Bernie Ferguson 2011 Carri Ferguson 2010 Vicky Sheppard (Minnesotan) 2009 Bruce Springer 2008 Sherry Vanore 2007 Michael Gzik 2006 Patrick Breen 2005 Diane Broe (Minnesotan) 2004 John Deering 2003 Sue Connelly (Minnesotan) 2002 Keith Harrison 2001 Michael Gzik 2000 Robert Topley 1999 Woody Linn 1998 Nancy Gwin 1997 Mark Andre 1996 Lee Hewitt 1995 Patrick Goughary 1994 Jane Beeman 1993 John Deering 1992 Patrick Caroline (Minnesota transplant) 1991 Jean Ann Vickery 1990 Craig Norman (Minnesota transplant) 1989 Michael Ward 1988 Jane Baldwin The Contact Lens Society of America did not just happen, it required the commitment and dedication of many contact lens practitioners.
